Robert W. Evenson
Mr. Evenson is a co-founder of Evenson, Carlin & Cooper, LLC, with his brother, M. Roger Carlin, and has practiced at the same location since 1972.
He served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 through 1972. He has engaged in the general practice of law, concentrating in the primary areas of amusement business law, commercial litigation, personal injury, products liability, criminal defense and estate planning.
He was admitted to practice before the following boards Supreme Court, State of Missouri, 1969; U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri; 1969, U.S. Court of Military Appeals; 1971; U.S. Supreme Court, 1982; U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit, 1986; U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, 1988; U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit, 1988.
He served as President and Vice President of the Newton/McDonald County Bar Association; he has been a member of the Federal Bar Association; Missouri Bar Association; American Bar Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
William G. Weber
William G. Weber was born in Slidell, Louisiana on February 23, 1974; he served with the United States Navy, 1992 though 1998. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Political Science in 2003 and from Law School with Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006, he is a member of Phi Alpha Delta in Law School; he has served as City Attorney for Southwest City, Missouri from 2007 to the present time and City Attorney for Lanagan, Missouri beginning in 2011. He is a member of the Newton/McDonald County Bar Association and was its President during 2008.
He was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association in 2006.
Lindsey R. Drake
Lindsey earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas where she graduated cum laude in 2018. While attending law school, Lindsey clerked for a law firm in Rogers, AR. She joined Evenson, Carlin & Weber, LLC, as an Associate Attorney, upon being admitted to the Missouri Bar. Lindsey plans to be licensed in Arkansas within the next year and practice in the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri regions.
Lindsey grew up on a dairy farm in a small, Southcentral community, in Missouri. She attended college at Missouri State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, graduating cum laude in 2013. Lindsey also participated in an accelerated graduate program and went on to complete her Master of Public Administration degree, with an emphasis in Public Policy, one year later, graduating summa cum laude.
With family ties in McDonald County, Lindsey hopes to practice and remain in the area for many years to come.
